Applicant Information:

To apply for a campership grant from the Mishawaka Foundation, please fulfill all of the following requirements:

• Completed Application to Foundation by February 10, 2023 to enable the Trustees of the Foundation to consider it at the March annual meeting. All applicants will be advised of the results of their application
• A picture of the candidate
• Brief letters of recommendation from the references given in the application
• Copy of the candidate’s most recent school report card, if readily available
• Any other material that might help the Trustees better know your candidate
• First 2 pages of the candidate parent’s last year tax return – please black out social security numbers
• For Returning Foundation Campers, please write an essay of any length on what the summer camp experience has meant to you and why you want to return to camp. Include things that you use in everyday life that you learned at camp, new friendships created at camp and if you have done any jobs to earn money to help with the expenses of attending summer camp.
